  • 2014 to 2018 - assisted in closing nearly $800 million in transactions 

  • 2018 - won dismissal of $2 million bad faith claim at case inception

  • 2017 - testified as real estate expert in District Court case

  • 2016 - obtained million dollar settlement on behalf of one of Colorado’s largest real estate companies prior to initiating litigation

  • 2013 - litigated and obtained a multi-million dollar settlement against the City of Great Falls, Montana

  • 2012 - defended two credit unions sued by insurance company for tens of millions in which clients instead obtained multi-million dollar settlements 

  • 2005 - represented a lender in dispensing with a $50 million lender liability action and acquiring an aggregate mine and the only short line railroad serving the Front Range

  • 1998 - received what was at the time the second largest jury verdict in Colorado history against a hospital

  • 1995 - successfully litigated the high profile World Youth Day case which involved a licensing dispute arising out of the first license ever granted on behalf of the Pope

  • 1994 - negotiated the transaction by which client received exclusive license to reproduce Pablo Picasso’s works
