Experience counts and Bob has spent decades solving hundreds of wide-ranging legal problems for his clients. He is most often retained to consult and offer strategic solutions concerning the varied complex problems confronting businesses today. Whether it be the best way to structure a transaction or to offer counsel on the pros and cons of litigation vs. settlement - Bob's wealth of experience allows his clients to make smart, well-informed decisions.

Bob also negotiates and documents transactions ranging from employment agreements to multi-million dollar investment, loan and real estate deals.

When clients are unable to otherwise resolve their disputes, an experienced trial attorney is crucial to have in their corner. Bob has litigated a broad array of cases in state and federal courts, including lender liability and bad faith cases involving hundreds of millions of dollars in dispute. Following a two-week jury trial, he also received what was at the time the second largest jury verdict in Colorado history against a hospital.

Bob has served as an instructor at the National Institute of Trial Advocacy (NITA), as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Colorado School of Law, and has been selected a Colorado Super Lawyer (limited to the top 5% of Colorado attorneys).  He has earned Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory’s "AV Preeminent" rating, the highest rating given by the nation's leading attorney rating service.
